On-Roof PV Systems

Energi Installations offer a variety of on-roof Solar PV solutions to ensure optimum performance from your PV system.

Metal Industrial Roof

The PV array would be mounted parallel to the roof by the use of solar fixings with sealing washers and PV fixing connector plates, onto which horizontal aluminium beams are connected to form the horizontal support structure. The Solar Modules are then clamped onto the mounting rails.

Tiled Roof / Pitched Roof

The PV array would be installed in parallel to the existing roof and above it as an on-roof installation. The PV modules are fixed to the roof using roof hooks which fix directly to the rafters. Onto the roof hooks propriety aluminium rail is fixed and onto these the PV modules are clamped in position. Our FixZ-7 Schletter mounting system allows the Solar PV modules to be fitted at a 5ᵒ angle to obtain a higher yield and improved performance.
