In-Roof PV Systems

By using an in-roof mounting kit we can offer a high quality aesthetic finish with the PV array framed by the mounting system, creating a uniform look over the roof space or across whole developments.

PV Tiles (C21e)

Solar PV can be integrated into each roof using C21e solar tiles. This innovative PV tile is a fully integrated solution which has a visually appealing finish and offsets the cost of tiles for this roof. There are two available options, one for use with interlocking tiles and the other for use with slates.

Semi-Integrated

With an in-roof PV system the PV modules replace the roofing tiles and are mounted onto the roof battens. A profiled steel drip tray is fitted underneath the PV array and the PV modules are fitted above this. This forms a double level of waterproofing to ensure the roof is watertight. It should be noted that larger than normal battens are required when installing this in-roof system.
